Welcome to LocumFinder (the “Platform”), accessible at locumfinder.co.zw. By accessing or using this Platform, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

“Platform” refers to locumfinder.co.zw and related services.
“Clinic/Employer” refers to clinics, hospitals, or other healthcare facilities posting jobs.
“Locum Professional” refers to medical professionals using the Platform to find temporary work.
“User” means any individual or organization using the Platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
Locum Professionals must hold valid qualifications, licenses, and regulatory approvals required in Zimbabwe to practice their profession.
Clinics/Employers must be registered healthcare facilities or authorized organizations.

3. Services Provided

LocumFinder acts as a facilitator connecting Clinics and Locum Professionals.
We do not employ, contract, or control Locum Professionals.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, availability, or the outcome of engagements.

4. User Responsibilities

Clinics/Employers:

Provide accurate job details including role, location, rates, and requirements.
Ensure legal compliance with labor, health, and professional regulations.
Handle payments directly with Locum Professionals unless otherwise stated.

Locum Professionals:

Provide accurate profile details, including qualifications and licenses.
Maintain valid practice certifications.
Deliver professional and ethical services to Clinics/Employers.

5. Payments & Fees

Basic registration is free unless otherwise indicated.
LocumFinder may introduce paid plans, featured listings, or commission fees in the future.
Payments between Clinics and Locum Professionals are made directly unless we provide a payment gateway (in which case additional terms will apply).

6. Messaging & Communication

Users agree to use the Platform’s messaging system for professional purposes only.
Abusive, discriminatory, or unlawful communication is strictly prohibited.

7. Reviews & Ratings

Clinics and Locum Professionals may leave ratings after a completed engagement.
Reviews must be fair, honest, and not defamatory.
LocumFinder reserves the right to remove inappropriate reviews.

8. Limitation of Liability

LocumFinder is not responsible for:
- The conduct, qualifications, or performance of Locum Professionals.
- The conduct, legality, or payment obligations of Clinics/Employers.
- Any disputes, injuries, losses, or damages arising from engagements.
The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

9. Termination of Accounts

LocumFinder reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, provides false information, or engages in fraudulent activity.

10. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy (separate document).

11. Changes to Terms

LocumFinder may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe.
